I recently purchased the CARESMITH Electronic Scrubber / Callus Remover for my feet. After using it for a few weeks, here are my thoughts: --- What I Like 1. Effectiveness The scrubber does a good job of removing calluses and rough skin, especially around the heels. With consistent use, my feet feel much smoother. The electronic spinning (or rotating/oscillating) head gives a better result than doing it manually. 2. Ease of Use It’s fairly easy to handle. The device is lightweight and provides good grip. The head attachments are easy to put on and remove, so cleaning or changing them is not difficult. 3. Multiple Heads / Attachment Options Having interchangeable heads (a coarse one for tougher callus, a finer one for smoother finish) is a plus. It means you can customise depending on how rough or soft your skin is. 4. Battery / Power The rechargeable (if it is) or battery-powered unit seems sufficient; in my case I didn’t have to replace batteries too often, and usage time between charges is reasonable. (If it comes with charging cable / USB, that adds convenience.) 5. Value for Money Considering how much a salon pedicure costs, this is a good investment to maintain feet at home. For occasional to semi-regular use, it offers good value.

My product is not working and even not charging. I already did warranty registration. What should I do now? While charging red light is also not turning on.

Quality wise super, battery backup wise need to improve

I’m really disappointed with this callus remover. It stopped working because some inside parts were not durable and made up of cheap plastic. The result was good while using it. The only issue is the mechanical parts quality. I’ve only been using it for a couple of days, and I already regret buying it. It feels like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
