After a week of taking this supplement I felt some surprising and almost immediate effects the first few days I took this. I can only describe as focus and the energy after a couple shots of coffee. This was only after around 0.5ml dose (a quarter the recommended amount). These effects seems to have reduced later into the week and I have slowly upped the dosage to 1ml.I found this effect on me very strange as I have been taking Lions Mane mushroom tablets supplements for a little while at higher levels than this product. With tablets I only ever noticed a slight difference, which would be attributed to placebo. Maybe it is the way this is getting into the blood by applied under the tongue?In term of taste, it is also interesting. There is some sweetness there with a slight bitterness. Not unplesent but also doesn't linger either after you have a drink.Overall I think this is the best effect I've had of any lions mane supplement I have taken. Even with a smaller dose and higher price (tenner at the time of writing). I will see how the rest of the bottle goes and if I continue to see the same results I'll likely buy another bottle.

Good quality product. If directly dropped in mouth then has a pleasant sweet taste. In water there is no taste but gives water a slight brown tint. Not sure if it works hence not 5 stars but I have no complaints as I am using as overall healthcare.Packaged nicely and everything is as described.My only gripe is that it is a very small bottle, if you use according to instructions then it will run out fast and it is on the pricey end so I may look for a cheaper alternative on my next order.

This lion's mane in liquid form is odourless and tasteless. Simply use the included dropper to measure out the daily dosage - the manufacturers are recommending 4 mls daily - which is 2 pipettes (the dropper / pipette has a 2ml capacity, so two squeezes of the dropper). My friend has trouble swallowing tablets, so I've told her about this product.I've tried dosing under my tongue, it was ok, but I find it easier just dropped into my morning cuppa.Price wise it's on the expensive side because the bottle only contains 15 doses - and the price of the bottle at the time of reviewing was £8.99.

I've found this tincture very good! I'm new to using Lions Mane but I have noticed a difference since I began using this, my mind seems more focused and calmer, and i've had a bit more energy. I've also noticed i've been sleeping less. Usually I can sleep for 9 or 10 hours no problem, but since i've been taking this i've been wide awake after 7 hours (not like me at all). That's me waking up naturally mind, it's not like i'm over tired or anything, it's more like my mind just doesn't need the rest. Not sure if it's related or not - but worth mentioning. It's easy to use, no flavour to note (I take it in fruit juice or coffee) and it will last a decent time. Worth a try for sure.

I have no idea what this tastes like as I've tested it as I usually take these sorts of tinctures - drop it right into my coffee! And the ingredients and quality look good to me, loads of lion's mane in each pipette's worth. They recommend two per day, which I'll be following.Great value for this, it should last at least a month. I can recommend it.

I'm adding this to my MSM powder/water combo which I take in a tiny shot glass, alone under the tongue this Lion's Mane concotion is very sweet, that'll be the vegetable glycerin. Initially I didn't detect any flavour just the sweet taste but give it a minute and it seems to have a very slight and mild aftertaste of which may be mushroom 'essence'. The pipette has a measuring scale to support dosage of which is two full pipettes per serving (again, because of the sweetness, neat under the tongue is not the way for me), this is 15 dosages for £8.99. For what you get I do think it's value for money but I'm likely to stretch this out by taking a few times a week rather than every day.

Read the small print very carefully …. Says 15000mg on front of packaging but that’s not the dosage- wish I had stuck to stronger brand this absolutely does not have same impact as it’s actually much smaller dosage.
