I love the repetition and casual conversation tone of this book. The material is easily digestible allowing learning progression to occur naturally.

General Netwroking concepts, not hardware specific, and does get the point across. (So not a lot of command info)I personally use My Cisco centric version of this, along with this to better understand concepts.

Great book. Well written. Fantastic reference
