I could hardly believe that a robotic vacuum could outperform my own cleaning skills (and I’ve been vacuuming for 30 years).This smart little machine amazed me with its powerful suction, it certainly didn’t hold back. It managed to clean my crumb-covered carpet with ease, dealing with the mess made by my dog and children effortlessly. Transitioning between the vacuuming and mopping modes was straightforward, and the mapping feature was incredibly precise. It created an accurate map of my home within minutes, almost as though it already knew the layout.That said, it can become a bit noisy on carpets when it boosts power, which isn’t ideal if you're in a conference call but it is just doing its job and it is very powerful. Its compact design was a real advantage, it could reach the dust lurking under the bed without any trouble.One minor annoyance was rinsing the water tank after a spill, but for handling daily dirt, it manages just fine.In summary it's got lots of smart features and suction power and as such it's good value for money from one of the more popular brands.

Apologies for the long-winded review in advance, though it may be of help to others...This is the 2nd device we have tried. The first lacking greatly on navigation/mapping.This one navigates/maps beautifully and is easy set up. We did not have to give him any instructions. He went off and had a look around the house for 10 minutes, mapped the seperate areas, came back and started his clean. (Image 1)- You can watch his progress live on the app and see where he is up to. Theres even the added bonus of seeing him come running back to his charger once he is finished. 😍- Battery seems great (as per image 1)- Good troubleshooting; he asked for help both verbally and within the app when he had gotten stuck. Also verbally acknowledging when I had removed the dust tray.- Additional options for scheduled cleaning and 'no clean zones' working well.- Very happy with what the little guy picked up! (Image 2)- (Image 3): I done a comparison test just after he finished the clean. Hoovering over the areas with our Shark hand-held hoover; I was very impressed with the remaining amount of dust picked up and feel the little guy done a great job.- I have not tested the mopping capabilities of yet, however I do not have high expectations for such as I did not purchase the device for mopping functionality.Cons:-- At times, the voiced used is loud/distorted and unclear. Granted this does not discredit the functionality of the vacuum too much as it is an additional QoL benefit.- Can incorrectly distinguish an area as a seperate room. I.e. Under the corner sofa was logged as a seperate room, also the lobby where we have a thick rug over one section was logged as a seperate room. (Did not interfere with cleaning).All in all a great purchase, would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.Thank you

I recently purchased the Prosonic Robot Vacuum and have been very impressed with its performance. The mop function, in particular, is surprisingly effective and does a great job.The app is simple to use, though I’m still figuring out how to break up the house into rooms for more targeted cleaning. For new users, I’d suggest taking a little time to explore this feature. Once you get the hang of it, the app is very straightforward and user-friendly. Battery life is impressive too.One tip I’d offer to new users is to double-check that the water tank and vacuum components are secured tightly, as they can occasionally slip out during use.Overall, this is an excellent product, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It’s efficient, versatile, and a great addition to my home.

The media could not be loaded. Saves alot of time and effort in cleaning and it does a really good job. Great value for price aswell!

Great product, does the job really well. Set up didn’t long and easy to set mop function to avoid carpets etc. Fits out of the way underneath a cupboard and comes out as programed.

This is our first robot vacuum cleaner and i did a bit of research first, decided to go for a cheaper option (Sub £200) before we jumped into a £400-600+ version.So glad we did, its been great. Mapped the house, lots of options to in the app to create no go areas, cleaning schedules etc. It gets the job done and the suction power is great for a small hover, always amazes me how much it picks up.It swaps between hard floors and carpets no problem and tries to get everywhere it can.You do have to be careful with things like Tv cabinets and cables etc, but i just put a no go line on the map and its been perfect since.Easy enough to clean out the dust bowl and its quite enough when running.We have only tried the mop feature once and seamed ok but we did not really buy it for that.With a short haired dog we just wanted to keep on top of the hovering. So kitchen in the morning and full downstairs at night is perfect and the floors have never look or felt so clean.Overall the experience has been great and i would fully recommend this model and robot vacuum cleaners to anyone.

This is our first robotic vacuum cleaner. I found it easy to set up, connect with WiFi. The cleaning efficiency and reach is excellent specially its ability to go in relatively inaccessible areas such as under the bed and table.
