Are these snooker balls, the correct size for a home 6'x3' size snooker table?

Yes, this is what I have and they are a good match - just slightly largely than to pool balls that came with my table (1 5/6) , but not a problem.

If the table is 6 foot by 3 foot then 1 3/4 snooker balls should be fine.

Seeing as these are 1 7/8", One would assume that these should run out the whiteball eject chute of a uk pub pool table. Is this correct?

We have these on our table at home which is a 1/8 of a large table. The balls are smaller than the ones used in our local pub. Sorry I can't be of more help.
