All the competitors charge at least AED 1,000 more! So I got suspicious. Then I saw there is a 3 years warranty if I call for it to be installed. So I bought and call. The installation was free!I have been using it for 2 months now. one word: Fantastic. The installation was perfect. Very good product! Thumb print/ code/ internet/ etc via the app. Exactly what I needed. No point spending more.

This smart lock works like a charm. The door selected by my constructor did not even have a handle, so I could not exit the house without the keys as you could only open the door by turning the key, so the risk of being stuck outside was huge. With this smart lock it solved my problem but is actually so useful to have multiple ways to open the door (badge, fingerprint, code, etc.) but also that you can open remotely via the app (which is not bad at all and very user friendly) but also set temporary access codes.Definitely happy with the puchase!

I read in some reviews that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work quickly, but that's not true. It recognizes and unlocks in less than a second.The lock itself is fantastic, but what impressed me even more was the installation team. From start to finish, everything was handled in an entirely professional manner. I wish more companies offered this level of service.Highly recommended!

When using the passcode or fingerprint reader the lock doesn’t immediately unlock. It takes a few seconds and in that time if it fails to open - the latch simply re locks, requiring another passcode or fingerprint. This glitch ruins the product unfortunately.
