The hold worked pretty good for my thick hair, if It would move in the wind it was easy to put back. Scent was not noticable that I saw(which is good for me).only thing that might bother some is that the pliability is a little rough in dryer hair. This is my first wax so the pros and cons might be normal for it this is just what I found happened using this product.I styled a side part using it as a prestyler then I blow dryed then added more layers of the wax for hold.

I've tried many variations of styling clay over the last couple of years and Black Widow is the best I've found. I have fine, lazy hair (medium length) and BW gives just the right amount of subtle control. Great application texture, works in quickly, no gummy or stiff effect. Very soft, natural end result. Add more = more control so easy to tune quantity to the amount of control desired.

This product had a horrible unnatural smell and it made my hair dry and frizzy.

Really adds body to fine hair. Holds well. Doesn’t clump hair together and leaves hair manageable all day. Can use with damp hair. Combable.

More of a cream, hardly medium hold, stings the scalp, and there is a slight shine. Not a happy customer.

I like to product because it doesn't feel heavy or greasy. Nickel dab in slightly damp hair...add body and texture perfectly.

My husband uses this daily, does what he needs it to. Helps because it doesn’t contribute to dry scalp like a lot of typical brands at the supermarket.

This is a new product that I tried and I was a bit hesitant at first but decided to give it a go. It has a strong hold, easy to apply, and has a good scent. I would like the hold to last a bit longer but my hair is stupid thick and there's a lot on my head so I think that might have been the problem with my hair.
