It has been one week since I started the cleanse. I have to say, it definitely works to get things moving. I took 6 pills at night before bed, woke up about 3AM every night running to the bathroom. After returning to bed, five minutes later I’m running to the bathroom again. In the morning, making my way downstairs to the kitchen, I end up running to the bathroom again. Coming out of the bathroom, take 10 steps and I’m running back in. This happened every morning. A handicap person would definitely mess their pants. You get little warning before running to the restroom. I am up early in the morning at 6 AM, so by 9 AM I am finished in the bathroom. I am able to go about my day without worrying about being close to a restroom. What I can say, is my stomach was hard and fall when I started taking this, but now it has flattened out quite a bit. I feel much better than I have in a long time. I have more energy and my stomach doesn’t hurt all the time. This cleanse will start cleaning out the big stuff and you will end up towards the end of the week with watery liquid shooting out of you. But you will feel emptied. I am happy with the results and I will definitely be using this to maintain. Whoever said said there is no urgency to run to the restroom is ridiculous. If you’re using this, it might be a good idea to wear an adult diaper in the morning.
