Comfortable,and the best thing is the heated neck collar!I suffered from a severe pinched nerve in my neck in April,it dissapated,but a slight twinge remained.This heating pad helps greatly for treating it!

Love it. I just wish it was cordless somehow so I could walk around in the warmth. I use it every single night in bed and can take it anywhere with an outlet in the house. Soft material and heats up very fast!! Very happy with it.

Great heat and it stays put
I have had heating pads for my back and also for my neck and this combines both of them. I wasn’t sure how it would stay in place but it has a great tie that goes around my middle and keeps it from shifting and also the snap at my neck. The heating pad goes from L(1) to H(10) so it has a great variety of temperatures as well.

Really love this back heating pad. I had another one (from a different company), but it did not fit anywhere near as well and did not heat up anywhere near as hot. This one has a ton of heat settings and heats to a really nice level, which is great for muscle relief and recovery. I highly recommend. This is a great purchase!!!
