No directions or manuals
Fair warning, you must be determined and resourceful to get this thing working. It does not come with instructions or a manual. The video clips on the thumb drive that attempt to show install process are inadequate. Videos on how to operate the software can be found on YouTube. You must watch them and figure out the right settings because it will not work out of the box. It took me 3 days of struggle to get it working. FYI that little switch for "continuous print" must be left on. There are no other indications of what buttons do or how to do anything. You must already know it or be able to figure it out. I am still waiting on other products i ordered to print properly on fabric. YouTube is your friend.

Excellent customer service
Initially couldn’t install the program on my computer. They ported in and installed it and troubleshot it for me. I’m able to use it well now.

Don't buy this
I have this printer, purchased it on another site. The program that came with it was full of viruses that caused the whole program to crash. No customer service they are international and the emails back and forth were very hard to understand. If anyone has the software to run this, I'd sell it for 500 bucks plus shipping
