Came with instructions on how to measure both static pressure and running pressure. Didn't leak. I had just replaced the Pressure Reducing Valve in my house, and with this was able to adjust the pressure up from 40 psi to 50. I also tested a hose-bib upstream from the PRV and found the line pressure to be 105 psi.I am satisfied with both the accuracy and quality.

Works well and easy to use. But it leaks water

Water pressure felt low here in our relatively new condo so I tested it with this. It was at 50 psi. I cranked it up to 70. Code is 80. I'll leave it at 70. Valve came at zero. It did not leak at all but I use teflon tape. For the price, I did it not wrong. Great little, well made product.

Gauge is legible and seems accurate. Price was good, and delivery was quick.

I used this gauge to monitor the house water pressure. Recently I used the gauge to trouble shoot the loss pressure in the water heater. I am not sure the accuracy of the reading. But it is a good reference point. I am pleased with this product.
