Excellent and much easier to use than the old fashion combo locks. Purchased for my daughter who always forgot her locker key . Perfect alternative. Works exactly as described.

I like these locks since I can program my choice of words for a combination.Unfortunately, I can't chose just any word since each dial doesn't have every letter of the alphabet.It would be great if I could order the 5 letters I want & if I change the combination, order additional letters as needed.The down side to this lock is that sometimes it gets sloppy after being used awhile.What I mean by this is that it gets weird about not locking or staying locked & drops open.When it does this, I just need to go through the motions to change the combination (even if I use exactly the same combination.So just watch the lock carefully & make sure it fully locks. If you have anyone with access to the backyard such as landscapers, make sure it actually locks after they leave.Short of those couple suggestions, I love the lock.

Right out of the package, I set the new code by following the directions step by step. The lock would not relock. I tried again putting it back to the original code. It would work. Tried a different code, nope. Tried to reset it, nope, now it's just unlocked peremantly.Waste of money.

I like it better than number lock. Easier for younger kids.

I have these locks and multiple colors to quickly lock up my bicycles inside their storage shed. They are easy to use and I always remember the combination.

These were overpriced for how poor the quality is. One of the two broke the first time I used it. We're talking "Dollar Tree" quality.
