In a market place full of the product, which do you choose? **Well, I can recommend the Titan Armour belt.** Good price. Well made. Great fit. Sizing as expected. Easy on & off. Holds me in place when I need it and after recent back niggles, the Titan Armour instils a lot of confidence and security as I train. It comes with a warranty and useful aftercare from the vendor. I'm very pleased.

So I never use a weight belt, all humans have one built in, transverse abdominal. So train properly and you should be okay, so most where them to pose around the gym having them no where near tight enough to actually do any good, A proper belt should be cinched in so tight that you can't wait to pop it loose as soon as your reps are done, that is where self locking quick release belts come in to thier own, breath in as much as possible, do up to the max, and brace against it during the rep, then I need to release immediately after. This belt does all that, I love it, really helped concentrate the leg mind muscle connection without overly concentrating on niggling back issues, so overall a better workout. The price too is great and is just as good a belt as the market leader. They are a small British company, and I'm happy to support them. Ps I haven't trained in a gym for 10 years, I workout at home so kit needs to be functional, hard wearing and looks don't matter, the belt is all of that and actually looks pretty good too.

Used the belt 2-3 times a week for 30 days, get a really good strong tight hold, however stitching coming apart already

...At least that's what I use it for. And I waited until I trained 2 weeks with it before I left this review. PROS - very easy to tighten and loosen - once tight it offers a lot of support - excellent for heavy lifting but also high volume sets - high quality construction CONS - I think I got the a size too big (I am 176cm / 76kg and ordered M) but it's not that bad Overall I love this thing and it's a huge step up from my "traditional" belt.
