I've been using this for a couple of days now and I gotta say, it works great! Really makes you sweat but the best part is you don't even realize you're sweating as much as you are. It actually feels like it cools your waist as you sweat. I your a little pudgy to begin with, you may poke out at the tops where your arm pits are but not too bad. What also like about this sweat vest is that its long. It doesn't cut too short. You can easily tuck it into your trousers.

I've bought more expensive vest for working out and this is as good or better. I wear a tee shirt under it because it really makes you sweat.I find it to be very sturdy with very good support.

I purchased this using the sizing chart and it fit a little snug at first but once my body adjusted, it was fine. I can breathe, move, and eat while wearing this. I wore it all day at work my first day with no issues. It also works really well when I work out to help support my core.

I'm using this product for myself! I love the fix of the vest. Its works so far, I use it while at work and home! And yes you will sweat! I'm 5"11 and 208 pounds l, I ordered a XL because I read that 1 size bigger is better. I wear Large in shirts. I have to keep pulling it down like once a hour because it slowly rises. It definitely holds in and hides my "love handles" lol. It also keeps me warm and I slightly sweat when I'm not working out. I haven't worked out in it yet...I love the look though
