These take all the guesswork out of making birria! It tastes authentic and it's super easy. You just drop it in the slow cooker with your beef and add a little beef broth and then let the magic happen! The broth this makes afterwards is heavenly and the meat comes out perfect every time! It does have medium spice to it so just be aware of that and if you are a wimp and can't deal with anything even remotely spicy, you probably won't like this lol. But that's okay, more for the rest of us :)

I tried this on a whim, it is fantastic. So easy to make, and while just a little spicy for me it does taste authentic. (Not spicy enough that I can’t eat it, the flavor is wonderful my fam likes more spice than I do lol). I can’t wait to try the other flavors.

BIG flavor. Use judicially. I used a whole one to braise a 5lb pot roast. The roast was perfect. The au jus was way too salty as it was. But using a cupful as a base with some chicken broth and cream turned out to be wonderful. When used for carnitas I started with a quarter ball and adjusted. The shelf life seems very stable. I kept in original pack with zip lock seal. So price is not excessive since it is highly concentrated. I tried some smaller Birria Bombs. More like pops. No punch.

These are on point! I have used the pozole and birria bombs. Both turned out delicious. While they are a bit pricier these save me a lot of time. I work long shifts and just don’t have the time to make these recipes from scratch. The result is amazing! I used the crock pot do the birria bomb and the stove top for the pozole. Taste is authentic. Will definitely buy again and recommend them.

This world get 5 Stars but the price was a bit high. Overall great seasoning. Super easy to use and I will definitely be looking for them local before paying the higher price.

Easy and delicious , spicy too. Meant for a family of 4 with leafovers

These were fantastic. A surprise find that I bought on a whim for stocking stuffers. Husband was very excited to make in the crock pot. Seared the chuck roast, added beef broth and a can of beer for the liquid, dropped in the bomb, slow cooked for 8 hours on low. Let it sit over night on cold porch for flavors to meld then heated on low in crock pot for another few hours the next day. Dipped corn tortillas into birra sauce then fried in pan. Topped tacos with cheese, cilantro, onion, a little verde salsa and sour cream. Everyone agreed this is a make again (possibly weekly). Worth the price for the time savings and amazing flavor.

Very good and easy solution, flavor came through and the meat was juice. I had a turkey submerged for 30 hours, and cooked slowly to keep it moist. Certainly I would buy again.
