Pretty pink to say the least.
If pink sparkling liquid is what you are looking for then pink sparking liquids are what you'll get when you add a dash of this magical powder to your beverage. The bottle capacity of the powder is amazing because you get the value for the money you spend. I made two huge pitchers of pink lemonade and it looks as though I hadn't used any. No Taste simple a pretty pink color I was looking for. The glitter quality was way better then I expected and will purchase more colors in the near future. The functionality of this product is spot on from drinks to make up if you choose since its food grade and safe I would even try using it in your hair for a temporary pop of color.

Huge bottle, good shine
This large bottle of Edible Gold Glitter Luster Dust is not my first edible glitter, but it's definitely the largest bottle I own. You get one large tube, with a wide mouth that will easily accommodate a paintbrush; the dust can also be scooped out into a bowl and brushed from there or mixed with alcohol or liquid. It's very fine, so shaking it should be avoided at all costs--it will go everywhere.I have only used this for decoration on baked goods (no drinks), but it gives a glorious sheen to meringues and other pale brown desserts. Best of all, the glitter is completely flavorless and won't affect the taste of any products to which it is added (I tried it on the baking but also on its own).

Elevating Cocktail Hour!!!
Whenever I use these in drinks the visual gets rave reviews. You do not need much to achieve a great look. I have not detected a change in taste of flavor. If you would really like to incorporate an even bigger wow factor, find a way to incorporate the light in some way to even further enhance the iridescence and and give it a quick stir to give it a nice swirling motion just before serving! Sidenote: The way I have incorporated light is with the LED ice lights!

Make your cocktails and desserts sparkle
Get ready to gild that lily! You can add a rich golden luster to your drinks or desserts with this edible glitter dust. Swirl it into a Bee's Knees or a Lemon Drop Martini to make your favorite adult beverage even more visually appealing. Or paint it onto your favorite dessert. Just use a clean paint brush dipped first in a little alcohol, then in the glitter, and you can transform the tips of a meringue pie into something brilliant or even decorating each plate. It's safe to consume and has no flavor. You're limited only by your imagination.

You will definately be golden
Firstly, there is no gold in this product - which was a bit disappointing for my alchemy plans, but still, we have some beautiful "pearlescent" (their word) mica based powder for decorating - so there's that. But the ingredients (mica) are clearly stated on the label, and mica, synthetic and otherwise, is often used in cosmetics.I was surprised by how dense this product is. I was expecting something that was kind of "sprinkly" (my word) and would just shake over cakes and cookies and things. In fact when I put the tip of my box opening knife into the bottle and removed a small, less-than-1/4 - of a pea sized clump to taste it (tasteless) that clump went all over the knife, the desk, the computer, my hands, my lips - and made this beautiful, glittering, yes, pearlescent golden covering - it really is beautiful. As to how to apply this product, I'm not certain, but I don't think tapping it over the baked goods is the answer. I think something like a brush to just touch the glitter in the bottle, and shake onto the cake, would do the job. They also suggest mixing it in water and applying like a paint - I think it will be fun to find out. But based on how far that tiny little bit went on my desk and knife and computer and hand (and it spreads very nicely) I think it will be fun experimenting. This "luster dust" will offer a lot of ideas for the kitchen (I just thought of sprinkling on chocolate covered strawberries) and it will be fun to use - and it will go a long way with just this small bottle full. I recommend it....also - sprinkling into champagne, or cocktails - what a great idea!

Slightly sweet
This glitter is very fine and as I was tapping it into a glass of water to try it out I noticed that some of the glitter was floating in the air too. What did land in the cup floated and made some pretty gold swirls before sinking to the bottom. I'm still tasting the slightly sweetness several minutes later. It comes in a good sized container (0.53 oz) so it'll last me a long time since I don't generally use glitter on things but ... maybe I'll start adding it to my coffee! Mine says it has a shelf life of 3 years.DISCLAIMER: I got this product for free via Amazon's Vine Voice program. I am not paid to participate in the program and I don't get paid for my reviews.
