Convenient Cord Management Solution
I absolutely adore the Bayco KW-110 Cord Reel in orange! It has made organizing and storing cords a breeze. The compact design is perfect for my garage, keeping everything neat and tangle-free. I love how easy it is to wind and unwind cords with just a simple turn of the handle. The bright orange color makes it easy to spot in my workspace, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this cord reel to anyone looking for a simple and effective solution for managing cords. It's durable, easy to use, and has truly simplified my life. A must-have for anyone dealing with cords on a regular basis!

Great for storing cords
Nice cable spool to keep cords from twisting. Had to file off some burrs to make it roll smoothly, but that was no big deal. 11" in diameter which is smaller than some of my others, but just right for my purpose.

Ok for the price
The price is right. I’ve had many reels. This one doesn’t spin easily- it catches on something. And it was clear that 100 foot cords don’t really fit if they’re beyond lightweight. It’s true. My medium weight cord does not fit.

Cord reel
Not very thick and not very heavy but I was using it for a small gage 100 ft cord. If you have a thick cord it won't work.

Great price. Awful quality control.
If the manufacturer just spent a minute or 2 cleaning up this product it would be perfect. But as it stands, the lack of quality control really prevents me from giving it a higher score. I ordered 4 of these all of which had some level of manufacturing defect that made winding cords extremely difficult. The underlying issue is that whatever process they are using to separate the item from its mold is leaving sharp edges and extra pieces of material that the handle gets caught on when winding. To make them more usable, I ended up using a box knife and scraper to remove the extra pieces of plastic and the item then works as expected. The unfortunate situation is that I haven't found a suitable alternative. So for now, I will put in the sweat equity just give my feedback via this review.

Works good for StarLink cable!!!
This worked perfectly to roll up and store 150 feet of StarLink cable. The only slight defect was a plastic burr on the outside of the scroll which prevented the roll from turning freely. So with the help of a razor knife I removed the burr and it worked perfectly. For the money you can’t beat it!!

Good Value with Small Caveats
This reel IS a good value for it's price, however there are minor issues as others have noted, which IMO they are easily overcome with a screwdriver, a small knife and some type of file or emery board. The handle needs to be tightened from the start, and there are definitely small burrs in the plastic that need to be trimmed and sanded to improve functionality. Further, if one is working in the trade and will be using this daily, then invest in a higher quality reel. For storing an extension cord that is only used occasionally, this will do the job fine.I might replace the bolt that attaches the knob with one that is a little longer, along with a locking nut and a threaded cap. Should the plastic knob ever break, one could fashion a replacement using a cheap wooden door knob.
