Full size only unless you don’t mind seeing milling hole on compact model.
The media could not be loaded. First I’ll start with installation. If you haven’t removed your factory PX4 sights yet, they are a pain. I own a sight pusher that won’t come close to getting them out. Ive had to drift punch all my Px4 sights. This could result in some marring and scratches so be forewarned if you are meticulous about your guns as I am. The factory finish on the Px4 series sucks. So I sand blast and dip them in JAX blackner solution. So when I install the new sights, it’s easy to touch up the drift marks you will create adding the new sights. Now onto the sights themselves. They are excellent. Ive installed two meprolight brand sets on my full size Px4. This is the second set because I damaged the rear of my first set while trying to remove them to sandblast. However that wasn’t a quality issue. I beat the mess out of them with a punch knowing I was going to replace them.Lastly, do not purchase these for the “compact” model. Unless you like seeing the milling hole in your slide. I cannot speak to the sub compact model because I do not have one. For compact tritium sights order the set directly from beretta. They have a wider dovetail to cover the milling hole. Those sights are also great FYI.

Fit With No Issues
Fit my PX4 without a fight. Getting the OEM sights off was fun. These fit tight, no gaps, no need for shaving them or the slide to get them in there. Standard sight pusher and I was done.

Not bad but not what was I was expecting
Not bad but I find the picture in the description misleading. The sight does glows green in the dark but I thought the sight atually had a green colored dot that glows in the dark but it's actually a white dot that glows green in the dark. I was expecting something more high visibility during the day.

Part of a Set
This is the front sight of a front/rear sight set. The matching Meprolight rear night sight is somewhat different height from some stock rear sights, so just mounting this front sight without the rear may affect point of aim. Take your time and be careful on the install - make certain you have a proper metal drilling bit, drill rig, and fixturing before you go putting holes in your Beretta front blade sight. Once properly installed the set works great, Some folks may prefer a brighter set of Tritium dots than these provide - check them in the dark before installing. and remember the correct Locktite (603) - it will impact service life of the installation.

Perfect for that unexpected
Has these mounted on my PX-4 subcompact by my local gunsmith. Absolute game changer for night time sighting and rapid response readiness. Yes the mounting bases are slightly narrower than their slots, but it shouldn't bother sighting, targeting or shooting at all. Perfect for that unexpected, middle of the night grab and go or ready freddie. Love that I can sight in the dark without giving my position away with a light or laser. The paint isn't as bright as what you see in the picture but when the lights are out they work fine. Daytime visibility is equal to the white dot sights I had removed.

Excellent Night Sight
I've been using night sights from one brand or another for decades and this Meprolight shines with the best of them. I'm not seeing anything negative with this product. Actually, Meprolight encloses the front ring with glass protecting the white ring as opposed to others who just paint a ring that chips or comes off over time. Great Job Meprolight.

Rear sight issue disappointing
I enjoyed the sights until the left rear stopped illuminating, less than three months after purchase, about 45 days after installation and less than 50 rounds fired after installation. Very disappointing. I’ll have to replace with another brand.

Requires drilling from professional gunsmith
Sights are spot on. You will have to take to an exceptional gunsmith to drill and place pins for the front fixed sight on the 92/M9
