Vegan Labs Berberine HCL 1200MG with Organic Ceylon Cinnamon- 180 Vegan Capsules- Supports Overall Health and Immune System

I’ve been taking a different supplement brand of Berberine for months (hint: the green bottle with the most reviews on Amazon). I recently switched to this brand, because the other one jacked their price up with all of the viral Berberine praise happening on the internet. When I tell you the change I’ve noticed is APPARENT - I mean it. My digestive system has regulated for the first time in TWO years. My skin is clear. My energy levels feel more stable. I don’t experience fatigue or sugar crashes the way I used to. I’m not craving sugar late at night the ways that I used to. All of this change within 1 week of changing to Vegan Labs Berberine Plus with Ceylon Cinnamon. Im convinced now that the brand I was using before is a fake. It’s honestly a shot in the dark sometimes when purchasing supplements on Amazon, because there are a lot of companies out there with poor quality ingredients or just down right lying about their supplements. This is not the case with VL. Trust me. Trust me. Trust me. I’m so glad I branched out and tried a different kind. I’ll definitely continue to buy in the future. Lastly, the price is so fair, not expensive at all, and for the quality?!?! I’d pay double. Bravo, Vegan Labs.

I've been vegan since 1990. I've been taking berberine for about a year. I'm very careful about what I ingest. I used another vegan brand of berberine prior to this purchase. Why did I switch? Because the other brand raised their price and the Vegan Labs product was now cheaper for basically the same product. If you know anything about the MOA of berberine you know that only about 5% of the active ingredient is metabolized each day but that is enough to have a positive impact on the body. Without doing comprehensive metabolic testing on a regular basis, it is really hard to know what actual impact these supplements have beyond what the clinical studies suggest. But I have enough information to believe that they are probably more helpful in the long run to support continuing to use them daily. You may also know that berberine has a bitter taste to it which you can't avoid when using a capsule. I use a plant milk to help suppress the bitterness. The cinnamon is a bonus. Many of my supplements I get in bulk form and make my own capsules. However the bulk supplier prices for berberine are only about one to two cents cheaper per capsule than buying these capsules from Vegan Labs. So it doesn't make much sense to spend the time and expense of making my own berberine capsules. So value wise the Vegan Labs berberine capsules are a great deal in my book. If you are vegan, or even if you are not, I highly recommend this product from Vegan Labs.

I’m really liking these berberine supplements so far! I see a big difference in the curving of my appetite. I’ve also noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. The one thing I will say is, it’s very important to eat with this supplement other than that I really like it and it seems to be great quality. I will be continuing to purchase. *** Update after 2 months of use. After 2 months I’m noticing a curb in my appetite and the supplement is really making it easy for me to stick to my healthy eating habits. I’ll be buying another bottle as soon as I get low on my second bottle.

Get this one and not the one in the pink bottle by a popular brand. I immediately noticed an overall change in appetite and how I felt after eating as someone with PCOS. I definitely feel like this has helped with bloating and metabolism!
