Delicious!
I love mochi and green tea is one of my favorite flavors. I tried these quite a while ago but was unable to find them since. That is why I was so happy to find them here and at a such great price too. Ordered two boxes and they arrived quickly and in perfect shape. These mochi are delicately flavored, have perfect texture and deliver a lot of enjoyment. Absolutely perfect!

Yummy Mochi Dessert
I am addicted to the mochi-style desserts, and this particular product did NOT disappoint! It has a nice, mild sweetness. I chose the green tea flavor. It tastes like green tea! The texture is chewy...almost doughlike. I put mine in the refrigerator to keep and to ensure that the texture is perfect. I am about to order more!☺️

They're sweet and a bit perfume-like
I agree with elvie's review, about the perfume smell/taste. These mochi were similar to the ones I've had from the grocery store, so I didn't object to the texture (having never had any other kind). I don't mind these. They're sweet and a bit perfume-like, and I don't taste any green tea in them, but I find them okay enough to finish eating this package. I probably won't ever buy them again, though, because I don't go out of my way to buy foods that taste like sweet, chewy perfume.

Really, Really Disappointing.
I've been exploring different kinds of rice cakes and I was really excited when these got delivered. I love the taste of green tea flavored sweets, so it was very disappointing to find that these rice cakes were bland and flavorless. The texture of the mochi was off, too. I expect it to be soft and a bit squishy, but this felt like I had a mouth full of paste. Tasteless green paste. I tried a cake again the next day thinking maybe I might acquire a taste for them. I really tried to like these cakes seeing as I spent money on them, but it's just too nasty for me.

Very tasty, new texture of mochi?
This is a very tasty treat. The filling has great flavor. However, I think that the texture of the "mochi" is a little different from traditional Japanese rice cakes. It was a little dry to be "mochi" and I felt something other than mochi rice was mixed in... I felt like I was eating "gyu-hi (求肥)" instead of mochi. Don't give me wrong. The mochi part tastes great. If you don't care if it's mochi or not, you'll enjoy it very much, but if you are expecting real mochi, you might catch a little surprise.

YUM! <3
Got these in the mail today which was sooner than it said it would be delivered. At first they were strange being my first time having them. But none the less they were sooo good! You do have to kind of have an quired taste for them though. The texture and taste may seem a little strange at first. I have one left now. I recomend to at least try these if you haven't had them because they really are good! :)

My husband loves mochi, so I got this for him. He was ok with it, but it has this odd graininess to it that we weren't fond of. It also tasted like perfume smells- but not in a good way. It tasted like chemicals and fake flavoring... I can't really describe it, but it was pretty gross. Then it left an odd waxy residue in my mouth that was tough to get rid of. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.I'm giving it two stars instead of one, because my husband still ate them eventually. Why? I don't know.
