Easily broke down
This product broke down 3 months after I bought it, we can't even return it, I don't recommend buying this product.

great product but only 1 months use is broken :(
I am very happy my Turkish tea always ready hi I bought a month ago and it is not working the red light stop and now completely not working I would like to return however my return option is over 3 days ago if someone can help me to replace I ll be appreciated

The pot itβs making great tea & keeps it warm for as long as you need BUT THE Handle for both parts comes off after a couple of months ππ»ππ» ππππvery dangerous
