What can I say…they’re nicotine mints and they work. They definitely help take the edge off of cravings, but of course you still need some willpower to pick up the slack. Compared to some other brands, I find these better tasting and less chalky. For me, they’re an effective alternative.

Works to stop cravings and tastes ok, but immediately burns and gives me heartburn so use as sparingly as possible. Will probably keep searching for an option that is both effective and doesn't have the same side effects for me. About the size of a tic tac. Super hard to get package open.
