I use this to weight out medication for my cat as he needs a very small amount and it works a charm! Its very accurate and I love the weights it comes with to calibrate it. Well worth the money.

Pay more money and buy something of better quality , it does the job , but is smaller than it looks , and is all plastic , even the weighing tray.

These small scales are great. Purchased for weighing 1g quantities and very pleased with them. Easy to use and the closing top cover makes them easy to store.

It's a smart enough looking piece of kit, and it was well packaged, but this was purchased for the pinpoint accuracy mentioned in the title and description of the device. It comes with a little metal 50g weight, which I used to test it's accuracy before using it in earnest. Unfortunately it's not once given the same reading twice, with the weight giving readings fluctuating between 49.8 and 51.2 grams, which ruins anything that needs an accuracy below 2 grams. Considering this advertises itself as a 'high precision laboratory scale' and it's more imprecise than my kitchen scales, it's only getting 1 star as it doesn't do the only thing it's designed for. I'll be refunding it.
