This case is EXACTLY as pictured. It does have a bit of a chemical smell upon opening, but I'm pretty sure that will fade. I ordered for hold 1st aid supplies like headache medicine and antacids, band aids and such to keep on my back rack on my bicycle. It's the perfect size.I really like that it's hard sided. Not as hard as my travel luggage, but it should hold up to a little abuse while riding.

This item was exactly what I needed. Now my nasal rinse bottle can stay clean when I am traveling.

So I ordered this even after my own question. Went unanswered. This case is large enough to hold the 16oz bottle and once I saw that I kept it and use it to carry my bottle whenever I travel.

This case makes it so much easier to carry the bottle and saline packets with me. I like the pocket inside that controls the packets. There is enough room inside the case that I can carry other related items too, such as a bottle of Flonase or a packet of tissues. The sturdy case is lightweight, but well made, with tight stitching and a zipper that glides easily. I'm glad I have it.
