Works well for me
Was really doubtful about these. Im a celiac and suffer every side effect imaginable with supplements. I tried these and was shocked. No side effects at all and generally feel well. Hot flushes disappeared instantly and a general sense of well being. Been on these for 2 months now

These are by no means a miracle cure but i have been taking them for 2 months now and have found i have better sleep and my mood much improved. I will continue to take these. I take one a day.
