This was my first drone ever! Very cool drone, very easy to set up right out the box came with lots of extras. Simple to use and very fun tobplay around with. Durability is excellent. Highly recommend this drone for beginners both youth and adults. Delivery was fast and price it well worth the purchase! I would buy again or even give as a gift. Photo matched everything I got.

This is an amazing drone. We have 3 DJI drones and this one is my favorite one. It is so easy to use and the video quality is perfect… the batteries last a long time and perfect for bike rides, boating and parties.

Great drone great quality easy to use biggest issue this drone A is to light little wind and you out of business B no long distance we talking 100 yards and you loose connection - worry about if it comes back or not!! Invest in DJI mini magic pro more high end drones they last for quite a bit my last magic pro lasted 5 years until the Gimble went out!! Can’t find affordable repair service - love the drone love to keep it but I guess I’m in the market for a new one.

Silly overpriced bundle. Backpack, landing pad, and warranty are nonsense accessories. The 2-year warranty seems to be pretty much worthless as it doesn't cover anything beyong manufacturing defects. Bought the bundle only because I was pressed for time while traveling during the holidays and other stores were sold out of the DJI Neo plus 3 batteries and charger. Much better off buying directly from DJI Store and adding something like an Asurion accident coverage or DJI Care.

Nice drone. Got it for my best friend's birthday. She loves it.A little loud and battery don't last long, keep that in mind.

DJI should make very clear that without the DJI remote control, the drone is nearly useless. You can control it with the app ... but the range is less than 200 feet! With the remote, the range is potentially miles.It is fine if they sell it without the remote, for people who already have a remote or other specific situations. But they should mostly sell it bundled with the remote, and include prominent language like "use the DJI remote for best experience."This is a $200 drone that becomes a ~$350 drone when you add the remote.It seems sleazy and deceptive, because they are trying to trick you, or trap you, into buying the drone, then realizing you can't use it without the remote, so you go ahead and also buy that. Vs if it was clear the whole time, they might have fewer initial sales, but they would not have grouchy reviews like this. DJI, your choice.
