I got this just got make the dubai chocolate bar & it was person. I toasted it in 2 batches with a little butter then it came out perfect to mix with the other ingredients.

Great for making Dubai chocolate bar
The shreds that were left after the bag opened up in shipping were fine. It was unfortunate that I paid for a full bag and only got half a bag that was useable but I won’t buy again. Had to only make half my recipe because of it.

Unidentified specks mixed with the kataifi
My bag has specks of something orange in it. It looks like tiny pieces of plastic. There’s also small dark spots in there that are not kataifi. Will not be consuming. Doesn’t look safe to eat.
