They fit really well - mine were perfect out of the box, but the ends are interchangeable with 3 other sizes included. They are easy to use, quite simply place into ear with a slight twist rather than pushing straight in. These have the 3 noise reducing modes which, after a few attempts, can be easily adjusted while wearing - they are very effective in any mode. They are small, as you'd expect, but easy to clean too.
