The media could not be loaded. It took almost two hours to build this with two people working on it at once. You will need the proper tools to put it together as it only comes with screws, this might inconvenience people who do not have a set of tools. The directions were clear, make sure to read them carefully.This chair, not only adds the perfect aesthetic to my studio, it’s beautifully made, easy to work with and you can tell it is a highly quality salon chair. I love it!

Minor damage during shipping but overall love it

This chair didn’t even last me 6 months. The base of the chair bent so bad I literally have to cancel my books until a new chair comes in and this isn’t the cheapest chair 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

The media could not be loaded. Such a beautiful and functional chair. Fits perfect in my salon suite. Love the color! Love the reclining feature for facial waxing and or makeup application. Hydraulic pump works with ease. I did need help putting it together. Feels super soft. Gold accents make it pop. Clients have said and I agree its super comfy!

Great chair very nice, big and comfy, but a few things, the screws becomes loose, the chair will stay in the lean back position; you have to continue to try and fix the chair, everytime it’s used.. had it for about 5 months tops and already having issues

Buyer Beware!! I wanted to love this chair but after minimal use, it is unbalanced now and slants which makes it useless to me as a hair stylist because now my clients have to sit on a slant and I have to have them stand to cut their hair correctly. Wish I would've noticed sooner as it is too late to return or get a replacement. Looks beautiful, but is not built to last unfortunately.

I transitioned from an older chair to this one and I love it. You can tell that it’s not made from real leather so I don’t know how long it will last but we’ll cross that bridge then. It’s much bigger than my last standard chair, which I love. You have to pump using less force than I’m used to, so I initially thought it didn’t work. I recommend for situations like mine…salon out of my home. For a larger salon, I would think you may want something more professional.
