I had been looking at this for a little while and read the positive reviews. I wasn't sure it would be as good as what everyone said it was but I was wrong! This is really good. There are 3 intensity settings but I find the first one to be the most relaxing. You can adjust the intensity yourself as well by how much you pull down through the arm straps, although you don't have to do this hard! It really does massage well and for anyone on their own that doesn't have a partner to give neck massages after a long day, this is ideal, if not better! It really does help with neck and back tension. I didn't think it would be particularly great for the money as it was good value but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth a purchase! My only criticism if I had one is that the lead isn't very long so you would need to sit near a plug socket or you'd need an extension cable. Other than that, it does what you'd it want it to.

Feels great after a long day, especially on the neck and shoulders. The heat is comforting and the pressure helps release tension. Easy to use at home or work.

The item is really great, it gives a deep massage, with heat and red light. However, the plug and instructions were not included. I decided to keep it as I also ordered the foot massager, which uses the same plug. As Amazon won't just send out a replacement plug I decided this was the least inconvenient option, while still being incredibly inconvenient. The arm holders allow you to reposition the massager on your neck, shoulders, back but as the plug is quite short, perhaps if one had been included it would have been longer, it does detach easily if I don't sit close enough to the socket.

fabulous, easy to use, relief muscles tension, feel relaxed

Delighted with my new neck, shoulders & back shiatsu massager. In fact it can massage almost any area of the body satisfactorily because it is easily manipulated to different areas by use of the arm loops. It is a well made quality item and functions surprisingly well which, for the price, is a pleasant surprise. It is very portable so long as you have a plug nearby. The flex is sufficiently long at approx 2 metres in length. It does come with the right plug fitted. The only slight con might be that its arm loops might be made for somebody with much shorter arms than the normal European. But, once you get used to the shortness (and it appears to be non adjustable), it's fine. My son put his eyes up to heaven when I said "try it". He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

For the price, it works pretty well. Good for neck aches/tightness. The product shows using it elsewhere on the body but the design of it makes it abit difficult to apply anywhere else and it’s positioned to sit either side of your neck/shoulders. It also claims to have a heated setting. When you put this on, it glows red, but has virtually no heat especially not enough to actually reach your skin and muscles. So I wouldn’t recommend it if that’s something you’re looking for. I wanted heat so abit disappointed.

Im usually not satisfied with massagers because I like hard massage but this one is the most satisfying one I tried although it doesn't massage hard as I would like it still does the job! I love the heating feature also! U can massage all areas on ur body thanks to the handles! Its amazing I love it! Ill purchase more as gifts as well! Very nice

checked it out and seems very good on neck and shoulders, also good on back but not as strong, i will update at a later date, i left only 4 stars because delivery was supposed to be last thursday but was delivered the following wednesday, i do not know why[amazon or an post at fault]

I grabbed this Shiatsu neck and back massager with heat because between work, projects around the house, and just daily life I often end up with tight shoulders and a sore upper back. I wasn’t sure how much difference a massager like this would make, but it’s actually been a very pleasant surprise. Setup was simple: just plug it in and select your preferred massage setting. Controls are easy to access and switching between modes is straightforward. The Shiatsu nodes feel deep and powerful without being painful, and the added heat setting really helps relax the muscles further. I like how it wraps around your shoulders and stays in place without having to hold it, which makes it easy to use while watching TV or even while sitting at my desk. Or if you want a bit more pressure on a particular spot or want to concentrate the massage to one side or the other, simply put your hands in the "sleeves" and adjust, or pull in as needed for that TRUE "DEEP TISSUE" effect. One night after a long day of yard work I sat down with it on the highest intensity and heat turned on, and within minutes the tightness in my neck and traps had started to loosen up. It’s not a replacement for a professional massage, but for daily tension relief and stress it’s definitely made a noticeable difference. All in all, this has become my go-to way to unwind and relieve muscle tension. It's comfortable, effective, and well worth having around. If you deal with everyday stiffness or soreness, this is a great at-home way to help loosen up.

My neck and shoulders have been really happy with this massager. I recently injured my shoulder and the pain is radiating into my neck too. I already had a much bulkier neck massager but it's not easy to adjust the location where I need it, and it's also made in such a way that it can be quite painful. So I went looking for something else, and this one is exactly what I need. It's easier to adjust to precise locations on your neck, shoulders, back etc. I've been using it a LOT since I got it and I love that I can easily move it around to different locations on my neck and shoulders. Can even use it on my lower back if needed. It's pretty powerful, but because of the way it's made, I can adjust that by moving it around. I can also increase the intensity by pulling on the side straps. It's also much more portable, which is another plus. I see others have complained about the heat not being that hot, and initially I agreed with that assessment. But with time, it has improved considerably, and can actually get very warm. Maybe people are only using it for a brief time and therefore it's not heating up enough, but using it as much as I have, it's more than warm. In fact, I usually have to turn the heat off. My only issue with it is its automatic changing direction of the rotation every.60 seconds. On one hand, that can be useful. But it would be much better if that was an option that can be turned on or off. Because if you find the sweet spot on your neck or back and have it exactly where and how you want it, it can be a pain (literally, at times) to reach back and change the direction because it automatically changed the direction. It's not a deal breaker, but in my opinion it would be better to have that be an option, not the default. Someone else also pointed out the material that covers the rollers is scratchy, and I found that to be the case too. My older massager has a similar material and doesn't do that. But, if I'm going to use it for very long, I just try to make sure I have my shirt adjusted so that it's massaging over the shirt, not on bare skin. Again, not a huge deal, just pointing it out. Let me say something about their customer service. I had an issue with the massager, and I reached out directly to their customer service. Their response was incredibly quick, and continued to be so throughout the course of the discussion. They completely resolved the issue for me, and quickly. It's rare these days to find customer service like that, but it makes all the difference when you do. And I think it deserves pointing out whenever you do get good customer service.
