Excellent little device that is really easy to use and set up. My 10 year old needed access to something without a camera and this provided him with access to music to help him sleep whilst he was away and had the added benefit of encouraging his reading through the Kindle app

Utterly useless. I am three days out of the return window and both devices I bought do not charge. Hoping Amazon can help with this!!! Do not buy!!

I have been looking for a replacement MP3 player for a while now but could never find one that puts folders and songs into alphabetical order automatically. This one does, although it does take a while to do it when you first load your card into it with your music on. The bigger the card, the longer it takes to load everything. The player can take up to a 1TB card. Mine are only 256GB and it takes about 5 - 10 minutes, depending on how fast your memory card is. The battery has been advertised as lasting for about 35 hours…there is no way it lasts for that long. More like 15 hours on a full charge with it not being connected to the WiFi. The video player isn’t very good. You can’t turn the player round for it to automatically turn the video and fill the screen landscape mode. There is no option for that. The video is jerky too while the sound is perfect. The PI music player is great. Loads of features but you cannot upgrade it to the Pro version and you can’t download any new themes or wallpapers for it as the google play doesn’t recognise the MP3 player as a device to connect to your account. So you can’t get apps or anything. I don’t understand why the manufacturer has put these options onto the player when they don’t work. It’s just taking up valuable internal space. The sound of the player through headphones though is brilliant. There’s options for bass boost and virtual sound and spatial 3D sound and different selections for the equaliser sounds. More than some players offer. The player itself, the housing feels a bit cheap in your hand but it is lightweight. Feels comfortable to hold and a nice size. Overall, it’s not a bad player for the money. I’m definitely keeping it as it’s taken me ages to find one that sorts the music and folders automatically. Well worth a try.

Bought two and neither will charge. Complete rubbish.

Great for 3 months then stopped working with Spotify Kids which was why I had bought it. Tried factory reset and other things suggested online. Basically became totally useless to me on the 3 months mark. Annoying as I bought 2 of them.

Absolute rubbish - stopped working after three months, won’t charge and seller offers no warranty after first month. Scam, avoid

This is small and cute and if it had worked it would have been perfect for my young teen. Having set it all up the way we wanted which took time it's completely dead in less than a week. So disappointing for her. She is stuck in hospital and really needed it to work.

Sent this back and got a refund as it was not fit for purpose. Wouldn't connect via Bluetooth, was agonisingly slow, and I mean AGONISING. It also wouldn't let me select an amazon music song and instead would switch to Deezer every time. At least I got a refund.

Works pretty well to play music from a few different platforms. Can also connect to the internet. Audio quality is decent.

Very sturdy and easy to use. My 7yo can use them to watch videos, listen to music on Spotify and the fm radio. Battery life is a little short with constant use but it makes car trips much easier as everyone can listen to what they want. These are a great value for the money. I would purchase again

Good for my son who can listen to music only - no videos, no games. It has bluetooth and wifi and comes with both Spotify and Spotify kids. This comes with a bunch of other apps like chrome but you can delete them. There isn't a 'playstore' or anything to download any new apps once you delete them, you have to reset to get them back. So it is nice because my son can only listen to music on this. You can add a parent lock and a lock by timer if you choose. You do have to have an account to login to Spotify kids. Or you can download your own music on it as it has a music player by plugging into a computer. You can upload photos and videos if you want but it has no camera, just a gallery for photo uploads - We changed the background photo . Hope this helped. I looked around for a long time for something like this for my son. :)

Very poor quality. Bought it for our son who loves music. He does drop thing so bought the only protection case for it. Got dropped from a very low distance and the screen corners cracked. Only lasted a month and now won't take a charge so won't turn on anymore. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY!
