Great insight into my health with some surprises on the way.I was in a rush as I had a week before an operation and I was always worries I may have an egg allergy with some symptoms I had. As is happens the test proved I did to egg white and was able to tell the anaesthetist as egg white forms part of the make up of GA. They gave me an alternative.Can highly recommend this product.

Awful sent back a month ago and still no results. Got in touch by e mail but was like running round in circles waste of my time and money

As I mistakenly missed the offer via email of support from a nutritionist, I am now updating the rather unflattering review that I gave recently. The nutritionist spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, allowing me the opportunity to talk through my motives for having the test done, and also to discuss further how to utilise the results of the test effectively. Well recommended. I have realised that this kind of test is no substitute for support that a nutritionist provides.

Don’t know where to start but just avoid, avoid, avoid using them!!! On their website they advertise that they provide test result in 5-7 days and no delays because of lockdown but it took me more than 2 weeks to get my test result. Each time when I chatted someone on live chat or on the phone, they promised they will send me an email next day ,which never happened. They said they would send me an email when they received my sample, never received that email and said that they would notify me by email when my results are ready, never received that email either. I was checking their website if there was any progress and noticed them that they uploaded the result in the website, if I have not checked I wouldn’t even know it was ready ! And the most important of all, I don’t think the test result was correct at all! Their test result shows that I have no allergy at all!!! I’ve been suffering from milk allergy for a few years now and it’s getting worse and worse. I’ve tried to explain them again and again that the result was incorrect and requested a refund. I don’t even know how many times I contacted them, I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they didn’t do anything to fix this. It was a total time and money waste!I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. They provide not only the worst customer service but also incorrect test result. I definite NO!

I paid for the basic IgE allergy screen costing about £79 at the time. The results though completely missed a known (nhs tested) severe allergy to tomatoes and also others that I had previously tested positive for by the nhs. Im atopic and have a lot of allergies. This test told me I was allergic to meat and crab. Ive never knowingly eaten meat or crab as broight up vegetarian! Nhs testing showed the allergies to meat, crab, soy, rice and almonds all to be incorrect. Such a waste of money as the results simply are not true and it misses serious allergies completely!

I bought this kit through their website. The allergy test did not pick up on several severe inhalant allergies I have that have been diagnosed by the NHS through skin prick testing. I bought this particular test do that I would be able to verify if the results guven were correct and therefore tust them. Clearly they arent. Their customer service has refused to refund my money (160 pounds) or correct the issue whatsoever. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Unreliable to say the least.
