Why did you pick this product vs others?:High ratings and good price. Very pleased with this, it works great and generates ample heat.

First off, I own a 200,000 BTU banjo cooker. This ain't it (at all)Pros:Small, light weight, super easy to take car camping or tail gating - built "well enough" for occasional light duty use. I saw no problems with the construction. The PRV does a fine job of temperature control & No piezo igniter just means one less thing to fail.Cons:Not 100,000 BTUs (not even close) . This cooker put out less heat that my 30,000 BTU Camp Chef burners. I'd guess this is putting out between 20,000 - 25,000 BTUs and even less in windy conditions. Not an issue, 20,000 BTUs is perfectly fine for the uses listed above.The cook top dimensions are 10" x 10" not 10" x 14" Not sure how this is over looked. Again smaller is better. I recommend this cooker for folks who are not looking for a more powerful (and larger) cooker.

Terrible, do not buy!!! Used for less than 10 minutes, heard a loud pop, looked over and saw a huge fireball. The hose melted completely off! Fortunately, the safety valve in the tank shut it down. Went to return to Amazon and they say it’s not eligible. 2 weeks old, less than 10 minutes, clearly defective, and Amazon won’t process a return. Never felt ripped off by Amazon until now.

Works great and flame is adjustable with red knob. I got it to use for canning my vegetables. No problem getting pot to boiling temperature nice and quick. I used Loctite on all the bolt & nuts during assembly.

Works, after removal of terrible stinky paint that burns, and repainted with high temperature paint. Please never start for the first time indoor, burn it off outside for 10 minutes without any container on it, because "bad paint" will transfer onto your cooking pot. If you can live with this described issues, it is functional item
