I just purchased the Ally X and couldn’t find a case. This product is a two in one solution. Provides protection for your device while traveling AND works as an every day bumper case. It was easy to install, not too bulky, and can be gripped without trouble. My hands are pretty small, and I’ve no trouble utilizing my device with this case on.

I absolutely love this grip/case! It’s more affordable than some competitors while delivering an almost identical experience. This is the first grip I’ve used on a handheld that doubles as a case (with the protective cover), and I feel completely confident tossing it into a backpack or leaving it out, knowing my device is fully protected.One feature I particularly appreciate is the hardshell protective case’s raised design over the joysticks, which prevents damage. That’s always been my biggest concern with soft cases and even some hard cases. The grip feels great in the hands, fits snugly around the ROG Ally, and the adjustable kickstand is a fantastic bonus. It’s been incredibly useful for propping up the device on my bed during installs and updates.Overall, this is a 5-star product!

Quality is great feels very grippy like it won't slip out of case or hands installation was easy with the instructions it's functional for its purpose and relatively cheap for its durability

I was worried that this would make the Ally X too fat and my and I wouldn’t be able to use my controls good. But it fits very nice with no added bulk to the form factor, at least not enough to matter when I’m holding it. It has a nice little kickstand on the back to hold it up when using a dock. It will not fit into the JSAUX dock with this case on, but I don’t consider that a problem because the kickstand it sits right by it. Apparently there were some issues early on with it lining up with the ports, but mine lines up perfectly and I have no problem seeing the lights or accessing the USB ports. This is a really nice case and I would highly recommend it.

OK I'm actually really happy eith this one. I do feel that there's a little to much movement along the top of mine. My wife's case wasn't as noticeable as the one I had put on mine. This is probably an OCD thing for me but it does bother me and the front cover is kinda hard to squeeze on. I it smashes my triggers when i take it on and off so i avoid useing the front cover at home. These the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

In order to apply it, hold each trigger down BEFORE pulling it over, that way you don't hurt the trigger. It really isn't so difficult. Once it's in place - it's like night and day! The Ally X feels naked and almost cheap without it, this case gives a comfortable heft to the handheld, and a premium, non-slippery armored feel to it. Highly recommended!Edit: another unexpected benefit - the Ally X's power button is very touch sensitive, so I almost always powered it up unintentionally when I picked it up, which was getting irritating. This case makes powering up my Ally X a much more intentional action for me, rather than accidental. Another annoyance gone :)

When I first bought my Ally X, I bought the KillZone case from Dbrand because Dbrand was the brand I knew and used when I owned my SteamDeck. However, if I had known of the Jsaux brand, I would have gone straight to this brand and case first.The case is a perfect fit; the accessories you get are snug and sturdy. Also, you can't beat the price when compared to its competitors. The stand on the Killzone case is plastic, whereas this stand attachment is made out of metal.

After looking at instructions was able to install nicely. The fit is very good and protection is very good.
