C-N-N was created in the unlikeliest of places. In 1992 while both Noreaga & Capone were in jail they met each other while doing kitchen duty. They formed C-N-N and and in 1996 they signed to Penalty Records. In 1997, C-N-N released their debut trend-setting album, The War Report. The War Report is regarded by many has a hip hop Classic, and one of the best East coast rap records of the late 90s.
