Best hand cream I've ever used and would highly recommend. Although it seems expensive you only need a tiny 'blob' so a tube lasts a very long time. I use it every night and no longer have dry knuckles!

This is great hand cream and really works overnight to infuse moisture into your skin, with maximum absorption. I can still feel the softness when I get up. It has a pleasant smell and is great value for money, a little goes a long way.

Especially in the winter time my wife needs extra support for her dry skin, her hands especially. Her skin would typically crack, more so over her knuckles. This very thick, not much of a smell, cream has been exceptional in helping with that. It seems to both moisturise and be very much able to prevent the dry skin from occurring, and so no cracking even in the coldest of weather. However, only the smallest of amounts must be used if you expect to be able to rub this in. And, it does not completely rub in either. There is a small residual amount of greasiness there, not overly bad if you keep the amount used to being small. For that reason, even if it is a little expensive, you need so little of it and it lasts. That is good value for money. It is not really sticky, but you are aware, in a non fragrant smooth way, that it is there. Most effective, very slightly greasy, and good value for money.

Excellent moisturiser. Best used after hands have been in water and before bed as the cream is very thick and needs time to soak in. I’ve been using it for years and nothing beats it for moisturising hands.
