So thank you. Ok hs6 are ones used but as long as u calibrate any headshell of correct measurement it will work well. Ok look more for older system but you will find that's why better. The at-lp120 turntable comes with this array. **Q: what are the best cartidge and needle for this headshell?** A: Dan, I purchased the Shure M97xE High-Performance Magnetic Phono Cartridge in 2013. I'm not disappointed. I do a lot of album & 45 transfers, as well as just enjoy putting an album on while working in my shop. I tried others but to my ear this cartridge provided the best reproduction of instruments and voice. I would recommend also getting a Shure SFG-2 Stylus Tracking Force Gauge so you can set the weight up correctly. For $25 the gauge will payback in stylus costs and wear on the media. The cartridge was $70, but I felt it was better than some I tried which were in the hundreds of dollars. - Fred **Q: What type of stylus does it use?** A: It takes a 1/2" *cartridge*, which in turn will hold/come with the matching stylus for the cartridge of your choice (as long as you get a 1/2" mount type cartridge). **Q: Will this fit a Technics SL-B2??** A: Yes; it will also fit any other turntable (such as the direct drive models sold under the Audio Technica brand) that use a universal headshell. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better quality *by D***O on 30 August 2024* I have there most expensive ones as in headshells and they are a bit more expensive.
