Take this early in the morning, but Never before going to bed-

Good taste not too sweet- Yes, it does curb your appetite,But be warned DON'T TAKE BEFORE GOING TO BED HUGE MISTAKE! The way this product will send you to the bathroom made me think that I had a stomach bug to put it mildly. I took (1) before going to bed last night at 9:30pm- this is trip # 3 as I write this review from the bathroom at 3:30 am. That's the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars

Love it!

Really great product, tastes amazing! I started slowly- 1 gummy a day for a week to see if it's going to have a reaction with me. Then second week increase to 2 gummies. On the third week my energy levels when up ( I am 46 y), I started skipping my afternoon power nap. Staying with 2 gummies a say,even if it suggested 3. Love the benefits it's brings!
