Over all the gua shaa role is best, and due to it's shape you can really emphasise the massage you want on your face and body. Whereas the jade roller does not really effect me as much as the gua shaa tool did. I'd rather have two gua shaa tools rather than one and not have the jade roller. The first gua shaa broke easily when it fell on to the floor so I ordered another one.
