I guess the days of heated rollers are over and thank goodness because this Heatless Blowout Set by Blinkeen will do the same job with no damage to the hair.These curling rods were ordered for my granddaughter, who has a glorious crop of long, straight hair, but likes curls every so often. She has used this set already and absolutely loves them. I have bought rods like this before, but these Blinkeen rods are thicker, so you can get really big curls with them. They're also covered in velvet which helps them to grip the hair securely without damaging it.The set includes three rods and a large scarf to cover your head in case there are errands to run. And actually, the scarf is really cute if you're into a vintage housewife vibe.Anyway, we sprayed her hair with a little styling gel, combed it through and then used the very helpful instructional insert to put the rods on her. The next day (after a sound sleep because the rods are so comfortable), her hair looked spectacular. I know after that success these rods are going to be getting used more often than anticipated, especially because they are going to be fun for experimenting. At time of this review, these rods are selling for $15.99. They are really well made with the clips on the ends to secure them, add to that the pretty scarf and I think we got a deal.

The fact that they did not work well for me may be do to user error. It only comes with three and they were not big enough for all of my hair. Also, I couldn’t get them to stay against my head even by following the directions. So, I think they are just not for me.

I hate doing my hair in the morning. I try to keep it as simple as possible. This takes away from the dread in the morning.These overnight curls are easy to do for anyone! Even someone like me who has no hair experience at all! They come out great too!

These were very comfortable to sleep in and I have trouble sleeping. I am still getting the hang of the best way to put them in my hair to get the desired effect, but I do like the set

I tried this out on my grandaughter. I just used a bit of water to wet hair and a blow dryer to heat, then left them in for about 3 hours. The result was pretty cute and my grandaughter loved it!They are bulky, I wasn't sure if she would be able to sleep in them.Also, they did come loose, so I had to redo the curlers a few time (moving kid). : )
