Perfect all in one vitamin
This is a perfect all in one vitamin for anyone on a GLP 1. I went from taking several supplements to just two a day. You notice the effects quickly. I would recommend for anyone on a GLP-1 or anyone looking to start their GLP-1 journey.

Difficult to swallow
I can’t honestly say if this product helped or not, as I found it very difficult to swallow. I rarely have any issues taking oral medication but this repeatedly got stuck in my throat , leaving a bad taste. Having to take the recommended dose of 2 became impossible.
