Be Organized!
It is exactly what I've been looking for and GREAT value for the money. I'm really handy and it took me about 3 hours to put together. I used post-its to 'label' each piece. There was one piece that had some issues with the finish, but it was in a non-visible area so I didn't really care: if you do then look at all the pieces on arrival (marking with post-its the piece number) and contact MFR before proceeding. The "L" pattern was opposite of what I wanted but I was able to figure how to alter the assembly process - It would have been VERY helpful if the MFR provided alternate assembly instructions. I also wish there were add ons so I could make a booth - I do like making wish lists. :)The under the seats compartments are disappointingly shallow so they'll hold you're tablecloths and napkins but not much else. I wish they were down to the ground to maximize the storage space. The hard wooden seats are uncomfortable for an extended dinner seating. Pop for the seat cushions (overpriced for what you get, but the necessary none the less) If you're etsy kind of person make some, but pillows I got at Ross were no good. The paired cushions compliment the piece well and the cats love them! they have a zipper, so you can wash them. easily.

Easier to put together than I thought
I put this thing together in an hour and all by myself. You will need a drill if you don't want to tear up your hands with the mini tools they give you, but nooks are so expensive and this one is fairly priced and good quality. I would recommend getting cushions

Functional and Nice
In all functionality, it works very well and looks very nice. It’s not easy to put together especially by yourself but once it is put together it is quite sturdy with a little bit of wobble. The color is much darker than the light color option we chose.

Excellent product, perfectly packed.
This is a very nice seat especially for the price. It is *solid* pine. Softer pine wood, easily split if you aren't careful to get screws in the predrilled holes. Check your angles. A headlamp will be helpful for lining up the holes. The hardware is meticulously organized in sticky shrink wrap that helps prevent loss and confusion. However, pay close attention, especially to the E screws. Also be slow and careful with the middle part be sure to put the pieces and screws in the absolutely correct order. It fit well in our space and looks really nice.Note: we can't strap down our toddler booster, so the little one can escape easily.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
This bench is amazing! Holds my whole family of 6! During the shipping, part #9 was damaged and broken. I messaged the seller and they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a replacement part. It definitely takes 2 to build the bench and I did have to drill a few of the holes to be deep enough for some of the screws. The under bench storage could be more sturdy and definitely wouldn’t be able to hold heavy items, but that’s not problem for me. I gave 5 stars for the amazing customer service and the bench overall is really nice quality, I would order again.

Yes, it is pine, no there is no extra bench and table, no the directions arent difficult, yes it looks nice, yes it takes 2 ppl
We just got it today (21 January 2016). Took us about 30 minutes to put together with the help of my 18 month old, who kept hiding the screws. The corner piece was a little tricky because it was not pre-drilled in the way you would expect. That took us the longest time to get together. The directions weren't too bad, a little weird if you don't go step by step lol. I say that because I am one of those people who glance through the directions then attempt to just build something. That being said, the whole thing is nice and solid, it did well putting up with my kid jumping on it and going from one bench to the other. I was a little disappointed that the bottom of the cuddy holes was thing pressed wood, but I don't intend on using it for more than place mats and table cloths. I love the color and the design, it can be set up with right or left handed angle, and looks fairly easy to change around if you want to. The two benches also work pretty well without the center connector piece. A power drill on low setting works way better than trying to hand turn everything, the 2 inch screws for sure. It is actually a really nice size for a kitchen area and can be places flat against the wall to be more or less out of the way. If you can put a screw into a predrilled hole you can build this. Working with a partner does make it go faster, but it really isn't very difficult at all. If you are looking for something that looks nice, isn't super heavy but rather solid and aren't expecting everything in the picture (i read so many reviews about people angry it didn't come with a table and other bench despite the actual product description) it isn't a bad price for this bench, My husband says it reminds him of a church pew, but more comfortable. You will also want some padding, unless you want to be reminded of church every time you sit to eat. So far it's held up to 300+ pounds of people and animals at one time.

Assembly prosses
It is a bit challenge, especially the back rest at the 90 degree corner. If skill is not apply, it is possible to drill the screw through.( Damaging de visible Front Part. This screw going in an angle. The receiving board is not pre drill, therefore; one person have to hold it firm in places while other person drill the correct angle. I did it myself, however ; I not recommend it. Do not use power tools in this project, you will damage the board and connections. No reading sequence instructions, just drawings.I put glue in all connections and in all of the dowels. It will prevent noise ( eventually ) and it make the structure stronger. The bench Is ok for the price and it looks good. The storage cardboard bottom under the seat are a joke. Don't count to put a heavy book etc. On it. It will brake. I added support and play wood underneath. Now I can put some emergency stuff, and it handled more weight.Remember there are 2 instructions, depends were you will like the longer side of the bench. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!Well good luck, be careful, enjoy your project.
