Great item
Have had several lots of these tumblers and cannot fault them. Very fast delivery, good price and print up very well

Bad quality
Bad quality, lids crack easily and I have had bits of coating coming off when printing.

Missing parts
I only received 22 tumblers, not 24. Only 21 have a box. The one unboxed is obviously damaged because, when I move it, something inside is moving around. Can't comment on the sublimation quality as I haven't tried them yet. Disappointed in the missing/damaged product.
