Wow! These are big!!! Made of hard plastic. Both granddaughters (three and one) were impressed with the set, especially with the big Hawaiian dude (forgot his name), and it was given to the one year old - who has tons of Moana stuff and loves Moana anything!

Really good well made product. Grandson loves anything Moana & the size of this set is quite big. Well priced and next day arrival from Amazon.
