If you are considering buying this grounding mat, take my advice -- it's worth every penny. I experience better energy levels and less inflammation since using my mat. These things could all have other attributing factors, but nonetheless, the mat has made a noticeable difference in my mind, and that's what matters. I feel better after using this mat, and it's not terribly expensive, therefore it's a no brainer to buy one and place it where you spend the most time. You'll notice benefits. I began the practice of grounding as often as I could in the past year by going outside as the sun arose, placing my bare feet on the ground in my yard. However, this practice isn't always practical due to weather. This mat is my savior in that sense -- when I can't control the things I can't control, I can still get my daily grounding in! i have it plugged up in my home office where I spend most of my time. I’ve been using this mat for two weeks and my sleep quality has improved, and the pain that I’d been experiencing in my ankle has also greatly improved. I haven’t made any other changes so I’m attributing the improvements to the grounding mat. I’ll definitely keep using it! The price and quality are also great as are the design and packaging of the mat. Love it!

The product actually works. I have a standing desk in my room and i would stand on it when I am doing work. After hours of standing, I don't feel the pain I usually get when I don't have the mat. This mat will be going wherever I go. It can also be used when you are laying down. Great Size and Quality.

Put this under us (my wife and I) on our bed for three months. Could notice no positive or negative results. Matt and the grounding plug were installed as directed and were working the whole time.
