The unit snapped due to a fault, this happened with ten days of delivery. The unit was not abused or over stretched. Appeared to be a fault in the molding. Nice unit however failed. I asked for a refund or a replacement. I purchased two units and the second one is still working well. Supplier PLEASE respond.

I've been using this almost every day since I got it and I love it! The book that comes with it has advice and exercises to try as well as pictures. I take this in the little bag it came with to the gym with me and use my last 15 minutes of my workout to do the exercises in the book. This comes with the band, book, and bag for a very reasonable price. This band is more useful than just ordinary resistance bands because of the length and loops. It's designed specifically for these workouts which makes it worth buying.

Love how you feel it with every workout! I am on my first week and I can already feel different muscles in my glutes!! Would definitely recommend this booty band!

A small and discrete piece of equipment. You get what you put into the exercises. Great for Glutes and hip flexor strengthening

Delivery went without any issues but I am disappointed with the material. These bands look more like childrens' toys, thin bands of soft rubber that don't deliver the resistance I would require for a work out. Would not buy again.
