Then I crank like crazy to keep it from burning on the bottom. I get really good results this way. You also need to use cocoanut oil or another oil that does not burn at high temperature. Plus you need to use more oil than if just popping popcorn so that there is enough oil to melt the glaze. **Q: How much glaze per batch of popcorn does one container make? thank you!** A: A lot. I made over 15 big pot full of popcorn for 2 big kids psrties and still have a bunch of mix. I did found the mix to be to sweet so I sprinkled a little bit of salt with it. The result is like kettle corn (sweet with a little salt). 1/4 a cup of the mix and 1/2 cup of corn kernels is enough to make a big pot. **Q: Does this taste like Cherry or standard Kettle with pink dye?** A: The product does have a cherry taste to it.
