I have tried for three days to get this machine to work the handset /remote control does nothing the only thing that did work was when I plugged in the mains lead it lit up with a blue light, the camera's that I already have and work very well on a smaller box gave out no picture at all with this DVR, very disappointed I could not get the mouse to work nor the hdmi lead to be accepted on my monitor so I had no way of setting anything up, there is no instruction book except on a disc and when I tried to find the model I had purchased it was not on the cd to set up
