Great customer service
They work great. No problems charging them, and the battery life is far in excess of the NiMH versions I had been using.Kudos to the vendor's customer service. The Carrier had reported the batteries delivered, but I had not received them. After a couple of days, I contacted the vendor, who promised to replace them but asked me to contact the carrier first. As it turns out, that was unnecessary because the batteries showed up the next day (4 or 5 days after they had been marked delivered by the carrier).

Got 6 batteries, all are experiencing the same results.
First full charge, smart devices warned me batters were too low at 60%. Drained to empty charged again went to 60% again and warned it was dead. Will update review if battery life gets better. Or will update if i returned them.Its like there is 1/3 of an actually 18650 inside.

crap. they lie - there are NO 9900mAh !! 3600 is AS HIGH AS THEY GO !!
