Too soon to tell but it's pleasant and easy to take. I did notice my skin which is usually prone to keratosis bumps, smooth out and felt less dry. As a psoriasis sufferer this is ALWAYS a plus! Cant wait to see the weeks to follow.I gave it 4 stars only because the caps are 1/2 full as shown on pic. Is this intentional? The label graphic seems like it's 1/2 full too but just confirming for me and future consumers.It's manufactured in the U.S. which gives me peace of mind.

This supplement is wonderful! I have severe digestive issues and have found this product to be worth its weight and wait in money. Because of the formulation, it's easier for my digestive system to breakdown and utilize. I don't reflux any of the powder of the capsule back into my mouth.
